Shipping policy

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY SHIPMENT?

Your dental impression kit is shipped out the next business day after your order (and in some cases the same day). A return shipping label is included so you can easily send your mold back to us. Once we receive your mold, production begins: - Plain grillz: Shipped within ~2 weeks. - Iced-out grillz: Shipped within ~4 weeks. All orders are shipped on normal business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a UPS tracking number for your mold kit via email or text. After your grillz are complete, a new UPS tracking number will be provided via email or text so you can follow your final shipment. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you need to update your delivery address, please email icesteinjewelers@gmail.com with your order number before your order ships.

CAN I SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS ON MY CARD?

Yes, you can. During checkout, you will be asked to provide your preferred shipping address.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped via UPS on normal business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following business day.
