Because of this custom nature, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Fitment Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your grillz do not fit properly, we will adjust or remake them at no additional cost. To ensure a precise remake, the original mold and grillz must be returned to our studio for evaluation.

Design Accuracy

In the rare case of a design discrepancy, we will carefully review your order details and production records.

• If the delivered grillz do not match your approved design, we will remake them at no charge.
• If the grillz align with the original specifications, no remake or refund will be issued.
